{Kiddies} Pea & Ham Cauli Loaf
A low carb ‘bread’ made of cauliflower and cheese, with peas & ham. Swap out the peas & ham for any other veggies and/or cooked meat. Perfect as ‘muffins’ or loaves and great for picnics, lunch boxes, snacks, etc.

  1. You will need to puree the cooked cauliflower using a blender or food processor. Once pureed, squeeze out the excess water by wringing it in a muslin cloth or a clean tea towel.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the cauliflower and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture between 12 muffin cups {it’s best to use a silicone muffin pan} OR 6 muffin cups and a loaf pan OR 2 loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 180C for 65-70 minutes.
