  1. Layer all the ingredients in your slow-cooker / crock pot:
  2. Lamb chops, sprinkled with salt, paprika and the lemon juice.
  3. Next, place the vegetables on top and season with the Peppadew spice {or any mixed spice containing red pepper, garlic, salt & onion}.
  4. Add the stock and place the bay leaves on top.
  5. Set the slow-cooker on low and leave to cook overnight or 10 hours.
  6. Once cooked, remove all the meat from the bones and shred apart – return to the cooker and let it mix well with the sauce. Serve the shredded lamb along with the veggies.
