NY Times article – low carb vs. low fat

Loved this article – it’s so true and it just makes sense, right?

Going back to the basics is what’s key – lose the refined, processed foods and grains and eat more real food.

I don’t understand why people are so afraid of not eating carbs?! It makes you bloated, sluggish, is bad for brain development {watch The Perfect Human Diet documentary} and adds hardly any nutritional value.

Here’s to Real Food – yay! X
