  1. Cut up the sausage – leave a few whole – and place them in a slow cooker.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage, chicken stock & butter.
  3. Set the slow cooker to ‘high’ and cook for 2-3 hours.
  4. Add a tablespoon of hot English mustard to the sauce just before serving and mix through. Serve with extra mustard on the side.
