  • A super #quick and #easy #prawn / #shrimp #stirfry πŸ‘‡πŸ» 1 carrot, julienned 1/2 a red cabbage, thinly shredded 500g Cooked and peeled prawns 1 tsp minced ginger 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped Olive oil Sesame oil Fresh coriander Heat a bit of olive oil and sesame oil, stir fry the veggies and add in the garlic and ginger. Add in the prawns and season. Stir-fry until cooked, but leaving the veggies with a nice crunch. Serve with fresh coriander and some chopped chillies for a bit of heat. You can add a splash of soy sauce too. #lowcarb #paleo #keto #eatrealfood #weeknight #dinner
