The NEW #Caulimash

Ever heard of ‘Brocco Mash’? 

Probably not, well, it’s the new caulimash! Made with broccoli {surprise!}, it gives you some extra GREEN and it’s something different for a change.

Make no mistake, we still love caulimash – just something different to try!

You will need:

2 heads of broccoli, steamed {I use the whole broccoli, stem and all…}

A chunk of butter, probably 50g

Salt & pepper to taste

Cream, about 100ml

Blitz it all together using a blender or stick blender until everything is nicely pureed. 

Easy peasy!

Try this with a grilled steak or some chicken next time.
