Hip-hip-hooray! Foodie goes Primal turns 3…

It always sounds so cliche when you say that time flies, but honestly, the past year flew by…

I’ve dabbled in a few things, tried out some new things and discovered that you should be true to yourself.

Foodie goes Primal is my creative outlet.

It is a blog, a recipe website and lifestyle centre. It is also a business.

Foodie goes Primal reflects my lifestyle and outlook on food, ingredients and health. All the recipes are Low Carb and my focus is on Real Food. The recipes are also often Paleo, and Sugar-Free.
Sometimes I like to call it Banting…

Bottom line is that it focuses on real ingredients and a more real way of eating and cooking in a modern world. Kind of going back to basics…
Good, healthy, exciting food – fit for LCHF foodies!

I’m also a mom, trying hard every day to teach my kids to make better food choices.

I’ve written a cookbook and designed some fab lifestyle merchandise.

There are lots more exciting ventures in the pipeline and each day is an adventure!
