Once again, using a few key, classic ingredients to create a really yummy meal.
I have 2 {make that 3 – hubby included} really demanding early birds at home – they need food as their eyes open in the morning…
I don’t always have nut granola on hand – besides, they really love their eggs – so I often have to quickly whip up some eggs.
Scrambled eggs can get a bit boring and it’s always nice to mix things up a bit, plus I’m always in favour of sneaking in some extra greens.
There you go – Super Mom in a flash! These low carb breakfast bowls are especially quick if you keep some pre-boiled eggs on hand. X
